After over two decades of climbing the corporate ladder and leading in high-pressure environments across continents and cultures, I know what women like me face daily. We juggle schedules, navigate jet lag and digital fatigue, battle pollution and give our all, while often forgetting to give back to ourselves.
For me, that forgetting showed up as inflammation—subtle at first, then insistent—reminding me that even ambition needs tending. I founded Dame Jo! as a response to that forgetting. I wanted skincare that honours my ambition and my time, nourishing and healing my skin while reconnecting with my inner self. No diluted promises. No seven-step routines. Just ‘purpose’ in every drop. So I began crafting the solution.
