Withdraw from Contract

You have the right to change your mind. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How to withdraw
Email us at support@damejo.com with your name, order number, the product(s) you are returning, and the date you received them. You can also use the form below.

Returning your products
Send the products back within 14 days of telling us. They must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with the security seal intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept products with a broken seal. You pay for return shipping.

Your refund
Once we receive your return, we refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method. If you return your whole order, we also refund what you paid for standard delivery. We do not refund the cost of sending the products back to us.
